1. Shipping Coverage

We ship our premium leather footwear and accessories to all U.S. states, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii.

  • At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or P.O. boxes. 

2. Shipping Fees

We offer clear and transparent shipping rates for U.S. orders:

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $6.95 for orders under $300
  • Free Shipping: Orders of $300 or more automatically receive complimentary standard shipping

No additional or hidden fees are applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Our handling and shipping timeframes ensure the highest care for premium, handcrafted products:

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days from the date of order

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

4. Delivery Partners

We use reliable couriers, including DHL, UPS and USPS, to ensure safe delivery of your order.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number upon dispatch.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the tracking to appear in the courier’s system; in some cases, updates may take 3–7 business days

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected circumstances may affect delivery, including:

  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Courier strikes or operational disruptions
  • Customs inspections or other regulatory delays

If your order exceeds the expected delivery window, please contact concierge@zaneorsini.com. We will liaise with the courier promptly to provide an update or resolution.

7. Delivery or Order Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged or defective, kindly contact concierge@zaneorsini.com immediately.

If you experience delays, lost parcels, or incorrect deliveries, contact concierge@zaneorsini.com with your order number. We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Order or Address Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order or delivery address, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify, reroute, or cancel it.
